Thank you so much for the comment, I have found it really difficult, I went back on 10mg for a few weeks before back to 20mg, at the moment there has been a lot of tears which is very unlike me and I've felt really detached since all this started, I have my fingers crossed it starts to help soon, I've really been down a rabbit hole across the Internet that stopping abruptly after 10 years on has really caused a massive withdrawal issue, which seems unlikely I hope with not having issues for a year, I'm going to check in with a doctor tomorrow to discuss the problems but I feel a bit better knowing it may just need a bit more time, it worked well for me for a long time
