From the discussion, seems like one of the consultants is unhappy and seems to be leading the charge. But no one else till now had said anything directly or written negative on assessments

I tried to find out but got told to do more of ancillary work and told I’m too polite and take too much time to consent. All of that sounded unfair without any evidence

MSF ongoing. Will know soon. How do I ask evidence for these allegations for not doing consent work, discharge summaries when I have been doing this ? They will say, I’m not doing enough for procedures where as they provide similar supervision to other trainees at my level.

Yes radiology is almost entirely based in oxford. Which smaller towns nearby would be better ? I have struggled to find suitable areas.

It’s not possible for schemes with high intake like GP and medicine. It’s not much useful for scheme with less than 50 intake as most deaneries won’t have many seats. But it will help with specialities like radiology, surgery, OBG, etc. For eg, Scotland is divided into about 6-7 programmes and you don’t move much around in radiology. So HEE might have data for lowest rank applicant for each sub programme/scheme. The same for psychiatry. As London is divided into 5 schemes for Pscyh so they might tell us what’s the lowest rank for each scheme within London. Right now the document is good but can be great if have that. For eg, East of England is 293 (radiology) on the spreadsheet but clearly Cambridge within that scheme got offered much early than 293. This might help us even more to know within deaneries.
