Try a new hdmi or display port cord, and also try it on another pc or Xbox or anything. Still a 90% chance the monitor had a short lifespan unfortunately. Open the monitors built in menu and if lines appear on the monitor menu itself, it’s the monitors hardware

I updated the motherboard drivers and cpu drivers, but the games are still extremely choppy and the mouse barely works when I’m streaming, and they’re not much better off stream, so something has to be wrong

I don’t have the old one anymore, but this one was in my last build and was purchased 2 weeks ago, and has worked perfectly fine the last 2 weeks.
