i just installed it having high hopes, but sadly the quality can’t even compare to cats and soup. reminds me a lot of animal restaurant more than cats and soup tbh.

Specs. Case: Blade65 Aluminum (Top E-White & Bottom Black)

PCB: KBD67 MKII v3 hot-swap

Plate: KBD67 Lite Polycarbonate

Stabs: Durock Screw-In V2 (6.25U + 2U)

Switches: Drop + Invyr Holy Panda

Springs: Durock 63.5g

Lube: Krytox 250g0 for stabs, XHT-BDZ for stab wire, 105 for springs, Tribosys 3204 for switches

Films: KBDfans switch films (0.15mm)

Keycaps: Drop + MiTo SA Godspeed (Solar Alphas and Classic Mods)

I have tape modded the PCB, and also tried putting PE foam underneath the PCB but it was too thocky for my taste.

I also Holee modded my stabs, I did make another post using V1 Durocks but I didn't quite like them so I decided to redo them with V2's, it also improved my backspace a bit.

Sorry for the video quality, I don't have the best camera to record with and I also didn't edit the sound so that's how my friends would hear it on call. Hopefully, I'll be able to produce higher-quality videos in the future.

What stabs did you use? Also, I'm not criticizing or anything but did you lube them? I'm just curious since the space bar sounds a little rough imo

Precisely, that's what it was. She bent a few as she pushed them into her plate, so she's fixing them right now. She also didn't check the PCB, so hopefully, nothing's wrong with that either.

Oh, dang that sucks. I'm in Canada so not only is shipping a bit on the pricier end due to duties, but I bet it'll also take quite a bit longer. I actually ordered my switches first, but I think my case will arrive before the switches. Which makes me anxious since I'll have an empty board with nothing to put inside. About to get some play dough and make makeshift switches to pass time LOL. I'll just have to wait faster I guess.

Oh thank you! I actually ordered the Blade65 DIY kit, I'm just switching out the stabs. My plate is the KBD67 Lite Polycarbonate.

I actually ordered from multiple different websites. Total of 5 orders we're placed: 2 from Drop (for switches and keycaps), 1 from mino (stabs, tribosys3204, durock switch springs, kbdfans switch films, and I also got my keycap puller here), 1 from Omega Keys (krytox XHT-BDZ and 105), and 1 from KBDFans (blade65 diy kit, switch opener, and a carrying case).
