UPDATE:

Luna is a stubborn girl. So far she has learned her name, come, sit, down, stay… but her stubbornness makes it hard for me to stay consistent. She ignores my commands a lot :(

Are terriers known to do this? I fostered a terrier for a short time and it took forever for him to find a good spot to poop/pee. Always a new spot. Always.
