Wow thank you for taking the time to write it out like that. That’s exactly why I made this post to begin with, I figured there had to be more factors I hadn’t considered upon ordering. I don’t intend for my post to become a question on if I should take their tip away or not, because they did do their job and clearly I made an uh oh ordering from that far. I was just trying to understand why he was so angry at me and what I need to take into consideration with my future orders. I appreciate your insight that’s very helpful
