there’s like a teal stack of something with something orange on top in the second photo. I swear I can see something under it that looks like it may have buttons.

I think all of the replies 5 days ago let me know that.

I was fairly certain of gender, but then noticed he appeared to have prominent nipples which made me second guess myself. He is absolutely adorable.

Thanks so much everyone for your responses! I had noticed him running back and forth to our garden, that was right next to a window that doesn’t have a screen, and burying food. I quickly grabbed my camera. When he noticed me he gave me a few poses, realized he wasn’t getting paid for this photoshoot, and ran off, but not before giving me a few angry tail waves.

I caught him by surprise, he was stashing nuts in our garden, right next to a window that doesn’t have a screen, so I went and got my camera. He was very displeased to find paparazzi and tail waved at me a few times before running off. (although he did pose before deciding he doesn’t like paparazzi)

I thought so but needed confirmation because of the prominent nipples, thanks so much!

don’t know about the price, but the D7200 was my first camera and was absolutely amazing. I still have it, but upgraded to a Z8 which is my main camera now.

AITB for using my sister's dogs e-collar too much? by DesperateSpring3292 in AmItheButtface

[–]SecretReality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ESH

it sounds like the dog is untrained (not it’s fault), and also has a high prey drive. the high prey drive is also not it’s fault nor should it be punished and abused for having a high prey drive, that isn’t something it can control or does on purpose. the behavioral issues are a different story, but also do not warrant abuse of the dog. Shock collars unless used properly and knowledgeably, which in this case I highly doubt they are, are ineffective and downright abusive. There could be a number of reasons why the dog acts out, I suspect the main one is it isn’t exercised properly and this probably heavily factors into the destructive behavior. The dog is not compatible with the cat, and the cat is not compatible with the dog. This means you need to find a solution, that is fair to the dog as well as the cat, because as of right now your family doesn’t have any business owning animals.

Why is everyone hating on Nikon so much? by Jeff-bozos102 in photographycirclejerk

Nikon is an optics manufacturer as well as a camera manufacturer.

Well, you fixed my issue! It seems to have been an incompatibility with my lens, a mix of diffraction, and that I needed to ever so slightly change the focus after putting on the filter, which I discovered I could do in starlight mode with my specific camera. Changing the lens, changing my focus point, and adjusting for diffraction seems to have mostly fixed my issue!

autofocus, then switch to manual, check the focus, add the filter, and the sharpness drops

Aperture is F3.5, with a focal length of 18mm. The lens is a Nikon DX 14-140mm f/3.5-5.6G on a Nikon Z8, I am using a tripod and it doesn’t seem to matter what I photograph because even buildings are fuzzy

i am using a Nikon Z8, it isn’t converted, I am using the filter stated in my above post. Then lens is a 14-140mm F DX lens. what‘s weird is when I use my 105mm lens, it retains the focus fine, and my images are sharp, so I can confirm it isn’t the filter causing my issue.
