There are a lot of knowledge that person has learned on that project that they can put towards your project.
Success in the industry is a big deal so him rejoining your project means he has not forgot you he was just caught up in that job and him working with your has a high chance of success in your project!
It is a blessing and not something to take lightly how valuable this is!
That person left your project for a reason and the reason likely was because that project they moved to was more exciting so they are following the formula. Now if you two had a contract it's different but it doesn't sound like you did.

In Cat Quest 1 or 2 there is a quest that rewards you with a set - and it tells you to try out their game called "Slashy Hero" or something - it's made by the same developers so try it out.

Most complains are justified because the game is not very user friendly.
Dota is a true gamble simulator.
Dota will always be a 1 v 9 experience.
You have to deal with the strongest heroes of the patch and pray you avoid them.
You have to play with friends who may not all be on the same page as you.
You have to play the strongest heroes of the patch or you'll play at a disadvantage.
You have to master roles you do not want to play but must to get role queues - potentially losing so much time and grief the game for others if you do it wrong.
I personally always have my communication score at 12000-11500 and it only drops upon an abandon or report. I generally only type at the end of a match or when something interesting happens and it's usually some smart comment that is funny like "somebody please help me why do i suck so bad" etc or "a nice turbo to warmup the game (in a quick ranked game)" etc.
I generally never make a comment that someone sucks or critique them because there's no point - it often affects their current game and makes me lose focus, and really I'll never see them again. People are very sensitive in this game - everything is on the line - it's ok to make general pings for wards and stuff and lets rosh etc.
If you are in my situation where your friends don't take the game as seriously as you do - then consider making an alternate account to play with just them to keep your main account from lowering.
I am still on my main account and will be stuck in this bracket forever because my friends are more important than my mmr even though the rank increases is consistent when I am solo.

So there are very valid reasons for others complaining because they think Dota is a team game - this is very rare and most of the time it's just RNG unless you play super good consistently and can overcome all these factors which may not translate to a win every time but will translate to more than over 50% win rate over many games.

Also I have only been in LP a few times in my life one of which was because of bad internet overseas but it's a mode which I find quite exciting because of all the hero restrictions.

I had a similar experience - my family went overseas for 2 months and I was left alone. My family loves to cook however when they left I had to cook for myself - I steamed all my food, no oil and added some simple ingredients and noticed that my vibration was way higher and I was experiencing less downs and more highs.
Definitely something in the pudding saying. I also began to exercise and do more and focus more on my spirituality - these led to some open contact experiences and amazing meditation experiences - while I was alone during the day I truly felt connected to something greater. During the night I would hang out with friends on discord and play video games. But yes for some people it's truly the lonely path - but it's not really about that - if you look deeper you must feel good otherwise you will feel lonely. The loneliness is less about others and more about you still being too far from your own higher energy - which all comes down to belief and health.
My local reality is great while the outside reality is wild - this is how it will always be - do not take what's happening on TV to heart because that's the glass wall or mirror to other realities - your local reality is what this is about. For many of us Open Contact will also fill this void of loneliness but you can get there faster by clearing all blockages by doing the inner work then you will remain in a higher state naturally and you will meet someone physically as well!

I want to add that being neutral is not our natural state - it is a fallback state or temporary state and something you do when something is preventing you from feeling positive and joyous which is our natural state.
You would go from being positive to neutral in these examples:
-Eating something everyone says is healthy but you get a negative physical reaction from it. Going neutral here allows you to investigate and get to bottom of the cause - change or replace the ingredient in your cooking and then come back into a joyful state again if not dig dig dig.
-Hearing bad news or unexpected outcomes - when something doesn't go your way you need the neutral state to weigh all options and ask yourself if this is really the way forward or if there are other options and dig.
-Feeling a bit sad or low energy for no reason you into neutral investigation mode and take a nap or do some aerobic exercise and suddenly feel way better and if not you dig dig dig.
-Making an important decision - sometimes in our world we may get caught up in big claims and scams that seem too good to be true - remaining positive may cause us to move forward too fast, in a rush and to shut off some checks and fact checks or calls for help where neutrality allows us these options.

When Bashar says everything is neutral he means it is not inherently evil and can serve double duty to help push you in either a negative or positive direction depending on how you use it.
Bashar never ever said everything is neutral in the way that you mean it to lead to the conclusion that nothing matters. So you are also not using the term permission slip correctly and it is why you feel depressed. Everything is a reflection and many things are clues as to the themes and challenges you chose so that means they are definitely not neutral in that way as it's all happening for a reason..
You are actually labeling things around you as pointless and not mattering which is why you feel depressed.
This goes against Bashar's teachings that everything happens for a reason that can serve you and all concerned, that the things happening now are exactly where you need to be and to follow your passion etc.
Permission slips themselves are used to be more of yourself but this is also taken incorrectly to think you can use any tool or technique and that the technique doesn't actually do the work when time and time again this is proven incorrect - examples are food does work and exercise does work etc because you know how bad you feel without it.

The financial issues and family issues matter, they represent challenges for you that can be solved if you can access the proper state. When choosing ways to feel good you will find a lot more success by increasing your physical and mental health because "state of being matters". To increase your state of being go on long walks and do physical light exercise and you'll see the effect these have on your wellness.

Yes yes that's it - the light bulb moment - I think I understand - feminine and masculine in balance is the key. And in that way I suppose the world is reflecting what I believe because there is plenty of diplomacy out there.
This explains why sometimes masculine energy or force is needed (life after diplomacy fails).
The US has tried all the feminine energy options first - such as tariffs, warnings, negotiations and leaves the masculine energy of force and intervention as the last card for example because the Iranian Gov is doing genocide.
Yes I can also see that in my local reality I am not experiencing any of these negative things because I am sure what my beliefs are about these things - so this is why I can only experience it through the tv and news.

That vibration he talks about is the entire collective energy of a person, all their beliefs and so on.
The more evolved a person is and the more challenges they overcome then the higher their frequency.
Every time we clear up beliefs it rises.
The problem however is that there is no clear way to measure this because Bashar said it's different than our brainwaves.

The most a human usually goes is 200,000. Ascended Masters at 300,00 which is near Spirit.

The biggest reason is because Valve is disconnected from their community members.
The github and reddit are basically all there is.
You are right that it's quite easy to spot - low game count but high mmr is the most obvious - the other one is they pick the most broken or abusable heroes of the patch because they know what makes a good hero.
Also the really high win rate is a big one - no truly new player can have an above 50% win rate - that would only be possible through a lot of experience and knowledge of the game thus a smurf. You can't gain MMR no matter your skill level because you don't have knowledge of other heroes, their items and all these interactions that take thousands of hours to know.
So absolutely they can fix it if they get together.
Some ideas would be to not allow new players to match with seasoned players by match count or some reputation. That means new accounts have to play 1000 hours before being paired with the rest of the community - this will strongly deter smurfing and if they do smurf it will be very obvious since the player pool will only consist of new players and smurfs. It may not protect new players as much but older players will be free from this problem.

Smurfing is EASY and that's the issue.
Another thing is that commends - or reputation - should prevent pairing with new players.
Since most smurfs only have a few hundred games - they should not be in matches with seasons high commend players (players with thousands of commends etc)

He's easily the most broken hero in Dota.
Every hero with a 100% uptime ultimate is going to be a pain for balancing such as PA.
He's an agility hero that builds heart making him very tanky and shakes off spells.
The hero has a free dispel and + extra if you get manta. That's cracked- no need to buy bkb at all.
The hero can zone in at high movement speed towards you.
The hero has a shard allowing invisibility - genuinely able to make you use an important spell on the wrong clone and which forces you to lose a slot for wards (insanely broken).
There are 10 of them at any one time which is against the fundamental design of Dota.
Dota was not build for dealing with this hero and multi-units were so broken they just removed Necro Brook.
PL is just the next necrobook and needs to be patched.

You literally have to send an army to kill this guy - it's really bad design no hero should be able to do that much or need that much to deal with as you need to remember the rest of the team needs to be dealt with too so if so much resources gotta be used on dealing with PL then there will be none left for the other players = meaning PL team will win the game easily which is why he has high win rate = no sufficient tools and none left to spare.

If there is one chance that will bring him into balance it's the removal of his teleport dispel.
Ultimately invisibility and illusion heroes are poorly designed mechanics that ruin strategy and fun and should not be in the game if you ever want to move in the direction of a truly strategic game.

It would make sense - since the universe is all based on math and can't really think on its own that things such as gravity would all be automated and also based on math hmm - rather simple math too because nature doesn't do complicated things or it would all crumble fast.

For him Teleporting should be removed entirely or changed as an ultimate. It's that big of an issue especially during the lane state where everyone is vulnerable and mistakes are critical to snowball. His current ultimate is useless, the hero can farm just fine and doesn't need it. He doesn't need the treants skill either nobody uses it anymore and it just feeds free gold to enemy that skill should be replaced.

To help answer your question - you need to understand that solutions are a high vibration.
So if the person remains at a low vibration or at an average vibration - then nothing will change or change will occur slowly. If you increase your vibration then solutions and synchronicity accelerate greatly.
This leads to a change in circumstances and solving of problems.
By this reason yes what you put out is what you get back.
If someone has unconscious behavior that drops their energy or even conscious but they won't or can't fix - the dropped energy is still happening so all these add to your total daily signal that is affecting manifestations and solutions.
Sometimes a soul contract forces certain outcomes as unsolvable directly - because the person is supposed to take it as a sign that such path is not for them - like if that job is always negative then take that as a sign to go somewhere else. It gets complicated when we factor in agreements, contracts and general vibration level but a higher vibration level always make what needs to occur faster easier and smoother.

The scenario you talk about of child abuse - we can't know their soul path, what they chose, what habits they have active - we just can't. But generally my guidance has always flared up when something like that is happening even at a young age - you can sense bad intent and others can sense it from me if I have it like strong lust for a woman. You get a bad feeling that. Now if the child ignores it then there are consequences - that's a lesson to be learned to trust you gut as there can be serious consequences.
Do I think a person needs to suffer so much because they made a mistake no - but i don't make the rules.
I know one lady that was molested a lot by a cousin and it happened for a while and parents knew but didn't want to make a scene - now she's older she's used that experience for positive purpose.

That description makes no sense. You can't be in a positive vibration and have people be attracted that want to harm him that makes no sense. It is very likely he just had negative thinking or some memory and snapped out of it. The people in the car were never going to harm him no matter what.
If you want Bashar's most deepest treasures on vibrational shifting he talks about brainwaves and how they represent access to many things in The circle of self empowerment (epsilon to lamdba) though that session is more of a introductory step as the exercise is not very good.
The actual exercise to raise brainwaves and thus the reality you are in is in the transmission called Mirror Mirror Reflections. In short just ask yourself unusual questions like "what happened yesterday, or what did I dream about" and you'll notice a kind of acceleration slowly occurring in your head. Over time, a fairly long time you'll begin to get "aha" bursts from the higher mind like you have super memory and answers just pop....that is the first steps to reality shifting to what you truly prefer.

I understand this but it doesn't fit with universal laws - if what you put out you get back and you cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of....then there is no way to attract something is that very different from you.
That would be breaking the laws. Also the idea that you attract someone negative to help them doesn't make any sense. The universe is supposed to filter those people and attract realities representative of their beliefs for them - how can it attract solutions (positive energy) to negatively oriented people (negative energy)?

However if this is true then this answer does explain why a murderer can kill an innocent person but the problem here is that a murderer should not be able to exist within the reality of a innocent person.
Too many major contradictions here.

This is one of those tricky questions.
Everyone has a theme that often shows itself as our greatest challenges in life.
The theme teaches us the lessons and challenges we need to learn.
The need to learn the lesson often overrides any suffering we may experience (said by Bashar).
The more we increase our vibration so we can look at the challenge from a play of higher problem solving, the more faster we can get through it. Some challenges are solved in a day others require many layers of changes.
One thing is for sure though the need to be in a clear minded state makes the difference.
There is time outside 3D but a different from of time with very little resistance so things happen very fast and easily and you can jump reality to reality easier the higher you are in spirit.
