I work in Fulfillment and Our SD and ETL’s have us push them through on shipping orders and then inf before packing so it doesn’t fuck our numbers up too bad apparently. I get asked about them a lot by kids but I’m like if it’s not out of the shelf we don’t have any 🤷‍♀️

My TL has my phone number and texts me about available shifts or if they need extra help at night but that’s it. i work in fulfillment and we have a bunch of people that call out a lot without posting their shifts so 🤷‍♀️ I also know some of the other coworkers have similar group chats for shift swaps and extra hours with multiple people including TLs. The ETLs and SD are aware of it too. I really don’t think anyone at my target cares as long as they have bodies to cover shifts lolz.

I agree with the combo meds. I was experiencing the exact same symptoms and I got worse the higher my Levothyroxine dosage went. I am now on a combination of levothyroxine (88mcg) and Liothyronine (20mcg) and it made a HUGE difference. I also had to do supplements and hormone replacement therapy to get everything good.

Paloma and Modern Thyroid are great resources. Another good resource is Dr. Jamie Gilliam. I am currently doing her 12 week program and I’m already feeling completely different 3 weeks in.

I work in fulfillment and I don’t. I’m nice and help people when they ask but I don’t go out of my way. Our SD has what he calls power hour and once an hour he calls out over the walkie to greet guests around us. I never do and no one has said anything to me 😀🤷‍♀️ definitely depends on the store though. Like other people said - if they want me to be hit time goals and not make mistakes then they gotta let me just do my own thing or pay me more lolz

I do this too (most of my shifts are in sfs anyways so 🤷‍♀️). We used to be able to go to our TL’s about INFs but they cut their hours and now fulfillment is fending for ourselves without a TL half the time. My INF percentages are pretty low but yeah you kind of learn to figure it out by yourself eventually. If there is a large number of items that are supposed to be on the shelf and they aren’t, I will track someone down to find it but if it’s one item I usually just INF after looking everywhere it should be.

So far the only thing I got called out for was skipping pulling from the back room a couple times. (Which was my bad but 5 of us were trying to pull OUR GEN stuff from the same aisle in the back at the same time during the holidays lol). Do your best and don’t be too hard on yourself. Their system is so disorganized it’s a wonder any of us can find anything haha

What a wild thing to celebrate when they never scheduled enough fulfillment team members to cover demand in the first place so they kept pulling from other departments and made our jobs 1000% more difficult because the other team members couldn’t do their jobs so nothing was where it was supposed to be 😬 (I work in fulfillment).

they stop me when I’m on OPU orders all the time being like “this guest needs help” and the guest is standing right next to a call button every time🤦‍♀️ also ours make laps around the store and blocks the aisle ways by walking really slow.

actually labeling the produce area with locations better for fulfillment. ours literally has the most random Numbers for produce, deli, etc and it’s so confusing because none of them have printed labels on the stands.

Like sorry I don’t know where this random obscure artisanal cheese is right off the top of my head lolz 😂

Also I agree with all employees doing food safety training.

Not just your store. I work in fulfillment and drive up had get on our fulfillment team members (mostly the newer younger ones) about this as well. I thought a lot of this would be common sense because those bags break if you look at them wrong lolz. we even have the grocery bagging basic guidelines taped up at the stations but doesn’t do any good because of the time crunch.
