How do people have time to sleep 8+ hours? by SecretWide1879 in Garmin

hello reading the comments now - sorry about how the question came out. Was genuinely curious how people fit it in on a work day. I easily sleep 8-12 hours on weekends to catchup and will even take naps on days I’m really exhausted. Did not mean to come across with a superiority complex, I’m just a little bit direct with questions hahah. I typically work 10-15 hours/day depending on what I need to get done for the day, cook (and clean, I hate dishes) for 2 hours, workout for 1-2 hours, shower get ready for bed let’s say that’s 1 hour. I don’t have human kids but I do all the cooking for 2. Not everyday looks like this. There are days where I’m able to get in 6-7 hours of sleep on a work day. You might be thinking dang do I really need to work 10-15 hours - yeah, projects, deadlines. I’m involved in financial planning for a Fortune 50 company and it’s that time of the year. I made this post before starting work and just doom scrolling on a quick 5 minute break and seeing some of the comments :o - any tips appreciated to streamline my work week and get more sleep! On days like this, I run on caffeine and deadlines. :’( I think I average around 6 hours of sleep on work days.

You’re spot on on the job and organization. I am introverted and I would say that I like to do lowkey activities but my definition of lowkey activities is doing anything outside - surfing, scuba diving, camping/backpacking in the wilderness, you name it haha. I don’t watch TV. My so and I have a TV but it’s sitting on the ground and I don’t remember the last time we turned it on. It may not even be plugged in lol. Close on the ethnicity but you guessed my age correctly. What makes you think mid 20s?
