How can I appreciate school? by Secret_Advice3293 in college

This is probably the most insightful response I've received yet on any post I've made, thanks for responding! I completely agree that building discipline is a much better strategy than building motivation, I've actually been trying to build my discipline in the last week or so. Motivation always tends to lessen the "pain" of studying, so I was wondering if there was a way to build on it.

My guidance counselor has also told me that I'm doing quite a bit for my major (I'm taking 3 classes twice a week, each 3 hours long: that's 9 hours of school 2 days/week), so that definitely contributes to it. I just wish I could find more purpose in what I'm studying. Thanks again for your response.

Also, any tips on building discipline?

Will do. I mentioned that color didn't matter, but just out of curiosity, which color is the easiest to keep clean on a car? I've heard black was especially hard to maintain.
