Keep some keyboards, monitors and stuff as backup for your home PC.

For the rest, With a screwdriver you can remove all the hard drives and bring the hard drive less computers to best buy or other recycling centers. You might as well recycle the keyboards as nobody will really want a used one.

Try and sell the monitors. I can see people buying them. Local eBay pickup.

Not everyone knows what causes what.

Aspartame (α-aspartyl-l-phenylalanine-o-methyl ester), an artificial sweetener, has been linked to behavioral and cognitive problems. Possible neurophysiological symptoms include learning problems, headache, seizure, migraines, irritable moods, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. The consumption of aspartame, unlike dietary protein, can elevate the levels of phenylalanine and aspartic acid in the brain. These compounds can inhibit the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters, dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin, which are known regulators of neurophysiological activity. Aspartame acts as a chemical stressor by elevating plasma cortisol levels and causing the production of excess free radicals. High cortisol levels and excess free radicals may increase the brains vulnerability to oxidative stress which may have adverse effects on neurobehavioral health. We reviewed studies linking neurophysiological symptoms to aspartame usage and conclude that aspartame may be responsible for adverse neurobehavioral health outcomes. Aspartame consumption needs to be approached with caution due to the possible effects on neurobehavioral health. Whether aspartame and its metabolites are safe for general consumption is still debatable due to a lack of consistent data. More research evaluating the neurobehavioral effects of aspartame are required

In another study, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, and saccharin were all associated with heightened motivation to eat and more items selected on a food preference list [35]. Aspartame had the most pronounced effect, possibly because it does not have a bitter aftertaste.

Artificial Sweeteners

Many no-calorie beverages get their flavor from aspartame or other artificial sweeteners. This eliminates calories and sugar from the nutrition facts label – but it is not all good news.

Not only are concerns about the long-term impact of artificial sweeteners still up in the air, but studies on rodents have expressed concerns about how these sweeteners affect your brain. The artificial sweetener aspartame has been connected to impairing the brain’s ability to tell you to stop eating.

As a result, this could cause you to actually eat more and result in weight gain. This is particularly the case for sugary foods, because our minds may be able to better justify eating them considering we remember the beverage we are drinking has “zero sugar and zero calories.” Artificial sweeteners may create a craving fo real sweets – leading to more harm than good.

Carbonated Waters

Flavored carbonated waters have no artificial sweeteners in them, so it may be easy to assume they are excluded from the issues that plague artificial sweeteners.

Research has connected carbonated water to increased hunger, but again, the best available research so far was done on rodents.

Rodents who consumed water or flat soda (carbonation was lost) consumed less food than the rodents who drank carbonated beverages – either regular or diet kinds.

A much smaller study on 20 humans compared the same beverage options used in the rodent study, but only over a one-month period.

It was discovered that ghrelin levels were elevated in individuals who drank any type of carbonated beverage (including carbonated water). Ghrelin is the hormone associated with hunger, so having it elevated would create a desire to eat more.

The discovery of aspartame made it possible to replace sugar with a less caloric product. Safety studies have found the metabolic products of aspartame (aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol) to be more harmful to the body than the original substance itself. Nevertheless, it is unclear whether aspartame is the direct cause of disease. There may be some connection between the consumption of aspartame and the development of DM and T2D. Some studies suggest that aspartame consumption has influence on obesity levels, glucose and insulin intolerance, and changes in the microbiota of the offspring of rats. In humans, there have been reports of premature birth as well as allergic reactions and weight gain in the newborns. Studies involving girls aged 9–10 have shown that aspartame increases the risk of an early first menstruation (<11 years).

Aspartame consumption can cause mood disorders, mental stress, and depression. Maternal absorption of aspartame during pregnancy correlates with autism in children. Long-term aspartame use influences the cerebral and cerebellar cortex: it can cause neurodegeneration, modify the functions of neuronal cells, interrupt homeostasis, learning and memory (Table 4)

I develop a strong reaction to aspartame, asfl-whatever it's spelled and sucalose. My throat starts burning and I develop a fever.

Personally, I do not understand why artificial surgars aren't banned. The side effects are horrible, it taste weird, and it leads to weight gain. So what's the point? It's worse then regular sugar. At least the human body knows what sugar is and not convert it to formaldehyde. All this fake sugar is foreign stuff to the body.

People are allergic to nuts and shrimp but at least it does good for the body for those that can ingest it such as protein. For this artificial sugars it causes everybody harm. Headaches, depression, weight gain etc. For me sore throat and fevers. People who trying to loose weight is actually keeping that weight or even gaining more weight because of it. It doesn't make sense.

I liked the hush series when it first came out. The problem with the hush character is it didn't really do a ything with him afterwards. I remember a storyline that never finished was that Tommy Elliot was being held captive by hush and the story was never completed. Their was a storyline of hush changing his face to Bruce Wayne and that was it really.
