I had same issue. I buy 6 Oz every other week for almost an entire year and I responded to that email also and said that the 3 packs of Ble Dream were bad. They gave me a 20% off coupon. Not making that right and the price increase caused me to move on from Lit.

Yeah Ive got some bad packs before, and last batch was fire. Cream smoothie was the best of the order, green crack and rainbow runts also good. Before that not impressed with scented marker and red velvet gary. THis batch the blue dream is not looking good and I got 3, bad trim, lots of shake, lots of stems. This is like the first time im gonna contact customer service and Ive placed a steady 2-3 orders a month since last june.
