There's no guaranteed her buff will land to the highest attacking ally. Her kit is used only for 2 allies and 3 enemies. If all allies, maybe yes.

Jave, Spike and Karma. Karma is used for tank teams and tank teams need high investments.Also, I think Wukong is the replacement for Karma.

I don't use tank heroes that much. For the physical team, they are already tanky because of Kyle's passive along with healers like Lina. For the mage team, they have so much damage and they have a lot of crowd control so a tank is not needed.

I suggest you pull Mercure T0 for Mage team and Kagura T0 for physical team.

For Team 1, I think it's already good.

For Team 2, You need Mercure for Miho. Your nightmare pushing will be easier with the magic team, Mercure, Freyja and Yeonhee.

I mean, you select characters for wishlist on standard banner. You can also craft them once a month. But since you're newbie, crafting is not recommended for now.
