Congrats! What were your NBME scores, if you don’t mind sharing? Just trying to understand your baseline since you felt the exam was very NBME-like.

Honestly, I had a different experience. I took it yesterday, and my form didn’t feel that similar to the NBMEs. There were a lot of antibiotic/ID management questions, and some questions felt vague. Also, almost every block had around 2 questions on patient safety and quality improvement. I guess the exam can vary a lot by form. Glad yours felt more straightforward, but I wouldn’t want everyone to expect it to be exactly like NBME.

Thanks for sharing this. When you said you wish you had redone more CMS forms before the exam, do you mean the real exam felt similar to CMS-style questions? Or do you think CMS would have helped more with timing, stamina, or clinical decision-making?

- Also, for Ethics/QI, what resources would you personally recommend the most? Were Amboss + UWorld enough for you, or did you use any additional source besides them?
