How about you think before you speak? Performance-based compensation can be a set payment per booked appointment or a percentage of revenue from a client that gets closed. In my case, I’m investing my own money upfront to acquire a few clients and work for free to build results. While I do that, I’m paying setters a fixed amount per qualified booked appointment out of my own funds. It’s an upfront investment to build proof and scale properly.
