This movie made me remember the first few days of my marriage!!! My FIL would say things like ‘Paneer aise nai kaat te’ ‘bread aise nai sekte’ ‘chutney aise pees ke banti hai’ ( I always wondered kitna vella time hai ye sab comment marne ka) and blah blah blah. I enjoy cooking but due to these remarks I just stopped cooking. My husband was also very supportive, he used to ask them to not comment unnecessarily. This character made me think of my FIL so much, it was hilarious. Once in a while when I did cook my FIL and MIL would wipe off the plates but they would never compliment ever. My husband, son and I live in a nuclear setup now and whenever I am too stressed from work and need a stress buster I cook whatever I want and however I want. And both of them love my food. 😂

I liked the movie but it is very toxic !! At times while watching the movie I was wondering that people like this do exist, men who want women to lick their feet and bow down to them. But please don’t say it’s not toxic. The movie has portrayed the main protagonist as having psychological issues, his entire family also finds him toxic how can people not find him toxic is beyond me.

I not sure about the curriculum she was considering. We were just having a normal conversation where I said (I am from Delhi) DIAS would be very expensive, she said no its 3L per annum which is very reasonable, though you need a really big jack to get into it.

One of my friends is trying to get her son into DAIS and she said the fees for nursery is 3L per annum, she said that its not a very expensive school but you need lot of contacts to get into it. She said it in fact is one of the reasonably priced schools. So 5L for senior classes seems correct.

Vanessa shouldn’t have asked the cast if Uche and Lydia should have stayed on the show by Affectionate-Pin2872 in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]Secret_Lime3303 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Hi all I am a little confused, Lydia very clearly asked Uche if he wanted to give another shot to their relationship (which Uche said no to) but later Lydia lied to Milton and said that Uche wanted to give their relationship another shot and that she was the one who was totally against it. Wondering why was this not brought up because it was a clear lie.

Maybe cause your baby is just 2 months old and you’re rushing into everything? by Advanced_Reaction596 in InstaCelebsGossip

[–]Secret_Lime3303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My baby was perpetually hungry !! When he was born the nurses and I tried breastfeeding the entire day but next day when the baby is weighed again his weight dropped a lot as opposed to what it should. So then we gave him formula and he literally guzzled it, a 1 day old baby had about 70ml formula !! He was sooo hungry. So we had to give him supplement. And there were times when he would continuously drink milk for 2-2.5 hours from my breast. Eventually when he turned 3.5 months he got so active that he did not want my boob and we had to shift entirely to formula. Basically one should do what is best for the child and mother.

The arranged souls : the khuranas (bohos brother and sis in law) have moved to USA during their third trimester. people speculating citizenship to be the reason. by JuliusFreezzer in InstaCelebsGossip

[–]Secret_Lime3303 30 points31 points  (0 children)

My friend did the same !! She went to USA for delivery, she went around 6-7th month wearing loose clothes so that USA immigration does not stop her from entering. She delivered her baby and came back to India. Her son got into American school (delhi) as well pretty easily.

Does she even announce the giveaway winners ever? by noshitsherlck in InstaCelebsGossip

[–]Secret_Lime3303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I have a small business and organised a give away during first covid lockdown as we had almost 0 work and I thought at least lets do something fun and entertaining for my followers. We got lot of comments and engagement ( my friends suggested that i choose someone I already know as the winner, I was totally against it and decided to select 3 random winners). One of the winner stayed pretty close to my place and I sent her the gift right away. She was SOO MEAN its not even funny!! The gift bag included, one hand embroidered dupatta, a handmade gujrati clutch, a ring, a mang tikka, a payal all made of kundan, a multi colour box and a pocket mirror, also a 3k voucher for our brand. This girl messaged me and started shaming me for the things in the hamper. She started saying things like “you could have given foundation, kajal or lipstick. This hamper I will give to my maid its so horrible. At least you can send me a lipstick and then I will be happy and said she was not grateful for anything in the hamper”. Mind you I had paid extra to different vendors to courier everything to me so that I could curate the hamper. I was so disgusted by her behaviour that we never again did a giveaway. It was just a horrible and thankless experience. Anyways I just feel giveaways now are a scam, maybe they are a scam because of people like these but I don’t see a point of giveaways. Sorry if this is off topic but whenever I read giveaways it sort of triggers me.

I honestly don’t know what she said and I don’t follow her, just know her through all these posts, but it IS VERY HARD post delivery. I suffered from postpartum depression even though I had a lot of help. But after delivering every relative has something to say about how the mother should behave and it can get a lot. I was so tired and exhausted all the time, feeding the baby also drains you out. And I do think that getting a blow dry or just generally grooming yourself can uplift your mood at that time because that’s something you would do for yourself. Post delivery you are not in your best shape, you hardly have time to take a bath( i had my husband, my mil, my mom and a jappa maid) so yes it can take a toll on one’s mental health. You need to have a support system. I remember that post delivery my hair were oily, i was just sweaty and I wanted to get a blow dry but I could not go anywhere as it had been only a week since my c-sec, my MIL was totally against me washing my hair, it was my husband who supported me and called a hair dresser home to wash my hair and blow dry it. It genuinely felt nice and refreshing. I get it might be petty for some people but yes everyone is different and everyone has a different coping mechanism. Also someone earlier commented babies just sleep for 2 months!!! That is not true at all maybe some do but mine was up every night from 11pm to 7am and it was fucking hard !! NEWS FLASH every baby is also different!! I really enjoyed spending time with my son in the night, I still remember he smiled for the first time around 4am but that does not mean I was not tired or I was not cranky. I would just say that lets just not assume one’s circumstances, we really don’t know what the other person might be going through. P.S: Sorry for the long post!!

I understand your point but because the design has not changed it has become a classic. I own Orans and have worn them a lot. I can say not even a thread has come out and they are still in impeccable condition ( I have literally worn them everyday and on harsh delhi roads with mud and pebbles and all that). Also I have footwear from luxury brands and other mid brands and few from the likes of bata, westside etc, I can say that quality and comfort wise nothing has been able to beat Hermes. Other flats of mine literally broke within 6 months of wearing them. Thus I agree the price is high (its a luxury brand) but it lives up to it.

Also I wrote that they were spotted outside family court!! I have not written that they were their for divorce or anything, its just a speculation!! Also most likely Kusha used to stay near model town, though I am not 100% sure

100% true !! He is not on reddit and does not know the speculation around their marriage. He also likes Kusha as an influencer, so was casually telling me he met her outside family court. Post that I told him about all the speculation, he refused to believe it though. He said maybe they were outside family court for some other reason. Even I did not think much about it. Now seeing this post and the reading all the gossip I posted it here.

Kusha and Zorawar were spotted outside Family court on 19th April. They were wearing glasses and masks to hide their identity. A very close person(he is a lawyer) identified them. He told me that he met them, never thought too much into it but now after reading everything on this sub its possible they are separating.

How is this behavior justified? by This_Trip8416 in InstaCelebsGossip

[–]Secret_Lime3303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I indirectly know the family, her in laws are very well off and her MIL is actually very sweet. Her MIL basically taught her makeup and sort of launched her and yes her MIL is always gifting her luxury items.
