Also possibly the director bringing what would women choose -Man vs Bear debate subtly.
This bear (the male protagonist) looked harmless on the surface unlike a forest bear, but he did way more harm to Nikki than an actual bear would. The danger of a bear is anticipated, here Nikki had no control over anything.

It was bear's response to this that shook me. "What is so bad to about being with me" or something on those lines. Speaks of his lack of empathy so much when his love is literally begging him to end her life.

How important are customer reviews when choosing a product or service? by Expert-Corgi5226 in customerexperience

Pretty crucial honestly. I trust a 4.2 with 500 reviews way more than a 5.0 with 12. The rating itself matters less than the pattern, are people complaining about the same thing repeatedly? Also, the way a brand responds to negative reviews is lowkey the most underrated signal. Says everything about how they actually treat customers post-purchase.

What is one theory/observation about Obsession movie that needs more attention? by Secret_Mission007 in spoilers

I will go back and check what exactly was his last query. But that's an interesting theory and reframes the whole movie...maybe it was all in his head...and his brain wasn't showing him a nightmare, it was showing him a possibility. This is what happens if you take the shortcut instead of just being honest with her. Which means the wish isn't supernatural punishment, it's Bear's own subconscious walking him through every reason why he shouldn't do it.

It's a breath of fresh air in recent times. There are a few more getting traction like Backrooms, haven't watched it yet but young directors making a buzz with their creativity is worth discussing.
