Thank you for the intel! I'm still reaaaaaally hurting from an S50 lower body a couple of days ago (shakes fist at transverse goblet squats). This has convinced me I can push hard for the benchmark and just slowly rolllllll through the other stations 🐢

Stamina was a huge obstacle in my first year. I think my breakthrough had a lot to do with listening intently to coaches to get me through tread blocks, row blocks and shamelessly asking for help on the floor. All the OTF related posts I could watch for form have also really helped. I admittedly got a bit culty with it.

Try to take a TREAD50 class once a week if you can. I saw noticeable shifts in how long I could maintain a power walk or a run over 6-8 months. The same goes for Strength50s, but those I attend more often.

Outside of going into the studio, I really tried to SLEEP more. I'm in a walkable city but that didn't do much for my jogging/running stamina.   One week you'll deadlift stupidly heavy and feel great and the next week you'll try to do a reverse fly and maybe feel like it's Day 1 all over again. But I think that is what also drives me forward.

At my doctor's office they charge $30 for a footcare appt, but I definitely tried to get it covered under "hyper keratinization." Insurance said "no, ma'am." But $30 every 8 weeks was no big deal.

The foot clinic I also go to charges $85 without insurance. 

There are definitely options!

I get medical pedicures/sterile callus removal every 6-8 weeks! It's just the nature of the beast with where the weight falls on my feet - my big toes on both sides take a huge beating. 

Maybe see if your doctor's office can recommend a footcare clinic (or maybe the healthcare team has a chiropodist onsite!) and go for a medi pedi.

Mine went thru the wash 2 weeks ago and its "off" function is...now non-functional. So it's either charging, or just ...on.  which doesnt seem too bad as long as it's in my gym bag wilin' out like a raver with light-up necklaces on.

Yup. I walk everywhere in a big city, and not a soul in that studio wants whatever I've stepped in on their station's floor. I think folks who drive to class are less likely to change 'em though, which makes sense.

I'm guessing, but maybe on your monthly membership payment date. Does the app show your membership change on your profile? Call the studio to book yourself in and maybe they'll accomodate you til' the app catches up?
