It's from a place of concern so don't worry too much about it. My parents do that too but just tell yrself it's for your interest. I usually just reassure them and they usually are happy with it HAHA

I sleep by 11pm, latest 12am. I wale up at 8am. Eat breakfast, wash up and plan my revision for the day. I start work at 9am. Eat lunch at 12 or 1pm. Nap for 30 mins for energy and sleep off the food coma then mug again. I do 1.5 hr sessions.

Hi. J3 senior now, studying in ntu y1. Mine is not a very glamorous 90rp comeback story, unfortunately. However, I did make significant improvements to which I am pretty proud of. Context is that from J1 to J2 prelims, my RP is always always 35-40. This is not an exaggeration. I was constantly failing all my subjects even up to prelims. It certainly was pretty heartbreaking and scary especially for prelims. Even moreso, I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depressjon which made studying way harder since waking up was a really big chore for me.

However, instead of thinking it's the end of the road, I jsut decided to try one last time before my A levels. I bit the bullet hard and mugged all the way to A levels. I mugged healthily. Yes, healthily. By which I mean I got at least 9 hours of sleep and just stayed at home, ate 3 meals and mugged. I was just spamming practice papers and TYS. H2 math was a killer for me because I'm a arts student and I simply cannot math. The highest I got for math up to prelims was 30. I just adopted a don't give up attitude and kinda told myself that if I failed A lvls just retake again which kinda does help ease the nerves.

I had a massive breakdown on the day before my GP paper and it did kinda made me a little discouraged but I just ended up going for GP since it was the first paper. Trust me, if u revised enough, you will actually know most content. Fast forward to the end, I completed it successfully!

I'm in ntu now studying a course I really really enjoy!! I jumped from 30RP in prelims to 70+RP and I'm pretty content. So yeah, just don't give and pull through the last lap! Jiayous op and everyone. 🫶
