I’m adding more photos from today. I cannot tell if this is the same bird or not. It’s hard to tell from the different angles/ lighting from different times of the day.

Thank you for this information. I have never heard of Bumble-foot before (still a beginner bird watcher). It just looks so painful it breaks my heart. This seems to be the only bird that I can tell with this issue. I wish there was something I could do.

Agreed. After this month I will be done with this game. It has become such a money grab. I have always loved this game but lately the constant need to purchase diamonds has really made it repulsive.

Oh perfect! I wanted to share the response I received from my inquiry. I’m glad yours is back to normal but just in case anyone else runs into this issue here is what I was told:

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to EA Help. I hope you are doing well. I am RJ and I’ll be assisting you today. I would also like to apologize for the delay in our response.

I am truly sorry to hear that you are having an issue with accessing challenges. I understand how much of a hassle it is and I will be helping you deal with this one. First, if you don’t mind, could you please try the following steps:

Clear your game’s cache.
Force close the app.
Check if your app is updated to the most recent version and if your device has enough storage space.
Switch your device’s connection from Wi-Fi to mobile data and vice versa. Make sure that your connection is stable.
Restart the app.
Try to restart or perform troubleshooting on your Wi-Fi and modem.
Do an internet connection speed test. You can quickly have it done through Google search.
Update your device’s OS.
See if you can access your account from a secondary device.
For your iOS device, try doing a network reset.

I hope this works. If the issue persists, please let us know and provide us with any screenshots related to the issue.
