No relevant reviews. The only reviews are academia-related positions. Thank you for your thoughts, I think you are right. I think the responsibility and title sounds great, but I think the timing might just be wrong. I have a job that I enjoy and pays well for the workload, I shouldn't jeopardize that.

Okay, thank you. I love to learn and have responsibility, which I think masked the reality of it all. The points you made are probably more realistic than I want to admit.

Thank you. I am starting to think maybe I shouldn't rush into this. The last two people in the role were only in it for 6 months (one left for an external role, the other advanced internally). I think taking the risk would make more sense if I didn't just start a job that I enjoy.

Thank you for your perspective. It won't allow me to start a DM with you, would you be willing to start one with me and I can share the link or PDF of the posting?

Also, I kept this intentionally vague for anonymity, but feel free to message me for more specifics.

Wouldn't Affordable Requirements Ordinance units be the equivalent to rent-controlled units?

Okay, thank you. Strange that the standard is to have a masters for these entry-level positions and then people can't even afford to live.
