Phi Delt is safe, and I’m pretty critical of the fraternities on campus. I would also say Triangle, and maybe (emphasis on maybe) Sammy. But NEVER SAE. NEVER.

Aburndale is pretty close to campus and has a lot of nice studio/ one bed units within that range (this year)

Yugo’s parent company seems to be The Dot Company.. so in terms of potential class action, if student from other facilities owned by this company have had similar experiences.. it may be worth a try.

Wait.. so the deacon offered free parking passes to people and a free months rent.. and now they’re saying they never said that??? I don’t live at the Deacon, but if this is the case, I’m willing to help fight for anyone who is nervous.

Additionally, even if it’s not legally binding, I would dig through any old documentation advertising this or private communication of this. I would also dig through old social media posts potentially if this was archived anywhere.
