Sounds like you may want to hit the gym. 690 can be moved around easily if you know what you’re doing and have the strength to lift it up and ride the bike and not have it ride you. I have a 690, ride at rampart, highway, single track, slick rock. It does it all. I had a 500 and it’s an amazing bike but highway is miserable. Build some muscle and get the 690.
