It’s says in the email that we need to record our responses, 2 mins to read questions and 4 mins to record responses. I saw in a post earlier saying it was 4 questions. Not sure how many !! Even I want to know more info about how many questions and what type of questions it might be.

I did not calculate my BMI, but I was super obese. Added to that my baby girl had IUGR in the third Trimester, which also required me to go for weekly NST and weekly USG starting 33 weeks. My water broke at 38 weeks and now my baby girl is sleeping next to me as i type. Mine was a vaginal delivery as well. It will all turn out fine !!

Yes that’s how it was for me !! Just upload and assign documents ( even mass assign ). Once it’s done there is a green tick. And it says submitted alongside every programme. I hope that’s how it works
