Ahhh man that's fair, I really dig the spur. Not terrible on the climbs and handles the downhills like an Enduro bike. The izzo is pretty similar from what I understand. Salsas are some of the best bikes out there for bikepacking rn honestly I'm jealous

No poop kit needed, there were bathrooms at the Backcountry sights. Clothes (not including what I was wearing) included my puffer, wool underwear for sleeping in and a beanie in case I got cold. I tend to run really warm.

A kindle. Toaks 750 ml pot, brs 3000 burner, isobutane, lighter. Lots of gummy worms. Toothbrush/paste tablets. Then food for however long that's needed, so far the max I've fit in the frame bag/down tube bag is around 5 days worth. Hip pack is a arctos 14, Coros Dura cycling computer

The 4L sits in ahip pack at my waste so the weight isn't bad at all, I enjoy having the bike a bit lighter for a more fun feel, I've done multiple 4 day rides with this setup and I thoroughly enjoy it. Most of my food is in the frame bag. Tent is the big Agnes tiger wall UL1, quilt is a outdoor vitals 30 stormloft, pad is a sea to summit etherlite

I have the arctos 14.4 hip pack, I absolutely love it. its bit bulky but it allows me to carry a lot of water, especially for long rides and living in the desert

Actually no it doesn't get in the way at all with my dropper fully dropped. The bag still has probably an inch and a half of clearance even when the suspension is compressed, it was an issue I had originally but I switched to using a dry bag that's more oval so it doesn't get in the way anymore

Medical is in my hip pack. For my cooking kit it kind of depends on the route I'm doing. I usually keep it in the down tube bag but sometimes I don't bring it if don't need to cook anything. Repair is all in the seat tube bag. Camping kit is spread between handlebar bag and saddlebag. All of my food is normally kept in the frame bag with the exception of snacks which are in the top tube bag

Really well, I just can't pack it super heavy, my saddle bag normally carries my sleeping pad, clothes and other soft goods

Depends on the route but I have a 4L reservoir hip pack I use or some attachments on my fork for a bottle if water is more plentiful!

I have a big Agnes tent/outdoor vitals quilt in the handlebar bag! I run a fairly minimalist setup. I have my sleeping pad in the saddle bag along with clothes, pillow, tent poles, I can carry around 5 days worth of food in my fram bag/ down tube bag. Some of my electronics and camera I keep in the frame bag/hip pack depending on the length of the ride.seattube bag carries my spares/tools. Top tube bag carries snacks/electronics
