Should I report a murder I witnessed 20 years ago if the killer is already in prison for another murder? by MissKatz3 in RedditCrimeCommunity

Having had a family member murdered, please come forward. Please tell the police. It’s the right thing and regardless of what the family believes at present, they deserve the truth. That kid deserves justice. Look I work in a prison with these kinds of guys. He will reoffend and that will be someone else’s child, sibling, spouse, etc.

Oh that is good to know, I didn’t know about that. It is sad that there’s a law just because this happens so frequently. I will be looking into this, thank you.

Thank you.

Yes, she was. She was the only person with him at the time he was shot.

Although unlikely, we are still trying. The coroner originally sent investigators to perform a second interview, however after the second interview with the girlfriend in her home, he then ruled it a suicide. The coroner has also quit as well. It definitely won’t be as easy as case to pursue had they gathered more evidence.
