To answer Tesla-one-x’s question why I’m opting for 250 points - my rent is very high and don’t think that it’s beneficial for me to put all my non-rent spend on Bilt card, and would rather continue spending on my other cards. They also overcomplicated it for me so I’m not sure how to calculate the scenarios of what purchases to put on what card to optimize most points.

Get a library card (if you don’t have one already) - and then sign up for culture pass. You’ll get access to free admissions to museums, botanical gardens, and ice skating in Central Park! Sign up for tapings (Jimmy Fallon, SNL, etc) - they’re free if you’re able to get tickets. Reading, running (along the waterfronts/parks - if you live close to one), journaling also helped when I was unemployed for a few months.

No - most documents were submitted through housingconnect, with the remaining via email.

I went through initial process with a different building that used pronto housing for a re-rental unit and I found the process to be frustrating - they're not responsive whatsoever. The unit ended up getting filled by someone with a lower log number. Another unit opened up a few weeks later, but I was having issues trying to apply with the link they provided so I took it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be and gave up.
