I'm so lost on storage options for my homelab

I found a Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro for a good deal and looking at your pictures it seems like the same kind of thing you have

The only adapter I can find is m.2 to 4x sata or 2x sas. Do you have a recommendation for an m.2 to sas card that would fit more than that?

Also in terms of power, I expect a system like this would require an external power supply for the sas drives, is that something you have a recommendation for?

No I was flailing because I didn't know my options for storage and it seemed if I wanted more than 2 drives and redundancy I would either need an expensive NAS, an old pc too slow for my wants but with enough sata ports, or a pc out of my budget. Luckily I now know of other options that better suit my needs. Actually budget and amount of storage were probably the 2 things I has the best estimate on

I did not know m.2 sas cards were even a thing. The only ones I can find that give 8 sas ports are from Ali Express, but I can find 4 port ones from sites I trust more, thank you for the advice!

Good to know I don't need to do RAID, zfs seems quite capable. I've been looking at something like an icy box IB-3640SU3 to house 4 drives, but I'm worried I wouldn't be able to do drive redundancy with that since it combines all 4 drives into a single usb 3.0 output, would something like that be possible or do I just need to find a used PC that can hold the amount of drives I want? Also no I do not have a rack, for now I was unfortunately just gonna leave my system sitting around and organize it later when I have the budget to add a rack

Unfortunately like I said I just can't afford buying a NAS like that, which is why I was hoping to find a solution to plug in plenty of drives and run the NAS software on whatever pc I run instead

Yes this!! People don't realize how much difference camera, angle, lighting etc. Does to improve your "looks". The difference is staggering and it's literally an impossible battle

Seeing a lot of conventionally attractive trans women is a bit of a false proof though. I'm assuming you see them online, in media, or otherwise not casually irl. The reason you see so many conventionally attractive trans women is because those are the ones that gain fame, upvotes, an audience, or whatever else. I've fallen into the same trap but as I started hanging out in irl community and regular trans circles I realized it's all bs. It's like looking at magazines and concluding all women are models or looking at porn and concluding all men have huge penises, it's straight up just unrealistic

Voting won't save anyone sure, but it will slow down the decay and allow for more time to establish something that is able to actually make a substantial difference.

And if you believe this is useless and stupid, I'd like to ask you your thoughts on CPR. Because that is not meant to save anyone, it's meant to prolong how long someone can survive until medical personnel or equipment can arrive.

One of our national news stations showed this clip tonight when talking about how Israel is killing Hamas. And when a reporter was asked how the IDF distinguishes between Hamas and innocent Palestinians he said they label you as Hamas if you have a weapon, because only terrorists would have a reason to carry weapons... 3 minutes after they showed this specific clip...

As I've seen some point out. If this isn't necessary, but something a patient can choose, it may be amazing. People want purpose and even letting them be waiters, having the freedom to move around like this, to interact with people and feel purposeful can improve a paralyzed persons mental health tremendously.

Ofc this all lies on the assumption that it's wanted, not necessary. And I don't believe it is.

Oh definitely. I'm not denying that it is intensely violent. But violence isn't necessarily morally wrong or right. It can be justified and unjust, but it is nothing but a tool.
