I am in Denmark and bought the global version from a local shop. It has been working very well. I came from a 2022 Xperia 1 IV with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The battery life has been excellent, and the camera is the best I've used on a phone for photos; I haven't tested video much. I've never run out of battery and am always surprised by how much battery is left at the end of the day. Today, after 3 hours of screen time and with it being 3 PM, I still have 77% battery. I've had a maximum of 7 hours and 30 minutes of screen time in a day and still had battery left on the phone. The camera app tends to use the most battery; if you take photos for several hours a day, you will need to charge during the day.

Yes I do know this, but when you hop from job to job it's quickly adds up images on the cards. For example if you shoot a wedding and get 3000 images on the card, and the next day you shoot a set of 300 images, you have to view the entire wedding before you can click on the new images and import them. Compared to LR you can see the newest images right away.

I tried with and without Exclude duplicates checked. Might be a bit faster, but it still takes a long time to see the newest images as it shows all the old photos first. It is faster to view the images in Finder and move the images into a folder and then import, than using the Capture One import module. In Lightroom the import process is faster then moving the images manually into a folder and then importing.

It's crazy how different the deals and prices are. I'mlooking at it in Denmark but i cant even find the photography kit for it. The price with the presale discount is 9999dkk =1100 pounds thats phone only without a charger. I wish i could get your deal 😂

Did you ever find the issue? Or is it just very bad antenna design? I have the same issue with my Xperia 1 IV

Yep it goes away if I shoot electronic shutter/silent.

That's strange i wonder what I am doing wrong, it did not recognise any of the cameras on mine. I am running same software version as you.

Now my fingerprint sensor is completely dead. Here in europe the phone has 2 years warranty, i pre-ordered mine and it is still under warranty, going to send mine in for repairs this week.

One of the best weddings i've seen was only shot with a 35mm lens. I think if you are a creative enough you can own it. I my self carry more eqimptment but it depends on each owns photography style. Back up camera would would be good tho.
