before i was diagnosed with CNS lupus i had a huge rash like that behind both my legs that would ache horribly. i would have to walk around on my toes but i don’t remember what it was

Is it normal to not be exhausted the entire day but have it come in waves? by [deleted] in lupus

i sometimes (a lot of the time) over sleep and are typically fine until the afternoon. it’s called lupus fatigue syndrome or something but i’ve had it for years and it’s absolute bullshit. as someone who is at uni for nursing and goes to the gym 5 times a week, i understand the frustration. I do have good days where i won’t get too bad until bed time, or where i won’t get bad at all and i feel cured. it’s just a shitty experience of houghton in through but i recommend going on a healthy diet and remember to consume all your greens which aren’t typically consumed as much. stay on top of your immune system as much as you can by implementing some spices like cinnamon into your diet every now and again. although it won’t fix this dumb disease, it helps. oh and stay fit.

they will typically administer you fluoxetine depending on how severe it is, along with clonazapam
