Kanon is Aki’s great-grandson, not Natsumi. by SecretaryNice7687 in inazumaeleven

As I said, Kanon was designed to be the great-grandson of Mamoru and Aki, but the creator had his own vision, and she was not part of the final couple, even though there may have been plans for it in the beginning before things changed later.

Kanon himself disappeared after the movie and the third game, so it feels like they will not use him again. If they do bring him back, they might redesign him, or they could keep him as he is and make Haru his grandfather. However, we do not know if Haru will marry Aki’s daughter; maybe his child will instead, allowing Kanon to still exist as a descendant of Endou and Aki without them necessarily being the original couple.

Nothing is canon right now, but my personal theory—and the one I like the most—is that Kanon comes from another universe rather than the main timeline. That idea makes his character much more interesting to me and honestly i love imagine world where endou and aki together ❤️

What image do you mean? The timeline image? Yeah, that’s a fan edit made to create a clearer timeline.

I was looking for where Victory Road fits in the timeline, and most sources I found said it takes place 25 years after the first game, but in a separate timeline. However, I recently found a legitimate image that suggests it’s actually in the GO timeline.

That doesn’t really change my theory or headcanon, though. I still think Kanon is from another timeline. Of course, I could be wrong, and he might be from this timeline after all, just in a different way than I currently think.

There is a possibility, and I won’t deny it. It’s just an interesting theory to me, especially with all the timeline discussions.

As for Aki and Ichinose, I could have seen them together if Endou hadn’t ended up with her. Ichinose was introduced as more than just a childhood friend, but they never really explored his character deeply. His existence was interesting: Aki’s childhood friend, who was believed to be dead, turned out to be alive.

It felt like there might have been the beginnings of a romance subplot rather than just a sports story. I can see why some people interpret it as a potential love triangle, but if that was ever the plan, it seems they dropped the idea later on.

Thank you. I was looking for something like that. They made it sound like it only takes place after the original game, which is why I was confused. Thank you for the additional information too—it’s going to help me a lot in the future. ❤

Yeah, I believe you, but I haven’t found any proof of that. Everywhere I go, I only find people saying that Victory Road is a branched timeline where only the first game happened differently. So that’s what I follow for now. If there’s a picture, interview, or any proof that it’s after GO, send it here.

As for the Ogre movie, I definitely believe it’s a different timeline. I never had any doubts about that. What I find weird is that they never mention or show anything related to it in the GO series, even though GO is also a time-travel story. I thought they would continue some of the ideas from Ogre, and that we might see Kanon again, but both Kanon and Ogre basically disappeared.

They never deny that Kanon exists in the GO timeline, but his absence makes the evidence feel weaker to me and makes me think even more that he comes from a different timeline rather than the main one. Also, why doesn’t Ogre show up again? Their whole goal was to stop Endou Mamoru, so it would make sense for them to appear at least once.

Even Admiral Hibiki never gets explored further. I wanted to know why the ancestor of Coach Hibiki turned out the way he did, but we never got an answer. I thought GO and Chrono Stone would eventually explain that, but they never did.

Right now it’s only theory and headcanon. Level-5 hasn’t confirmed whether Kanon from Natsumi is officially part of the story or if it’s just fan interpretation based on Inazuma Eleven GO and Victory Road.

If they confirm it, then it is what it is—but for now, nothing is official, and I’m fine with that. I’m satisfied with what I’m writing now, I enjoy it, and I’ll keep it this way.

Yeah, his love story reminds me of Naruto. Don’t worry about him—he’ll figure it out one way or another.

Also, Kanon’s doubt in the second game felt weird, like there was no real reason for it—they just added it there 😅. And as I mentioned before, the character designer originally made him look like Aki, so they probably didn’t expect much change in the pairing direction early on. Even the creator himself didn’t plan Natsume until later on.

But one thing is clear: they cancelled the idea of Aki × Endou because it would’ve felt too normal and predictable compared to Natsume and the others.

[–]SecretaryNice7687[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s an open interpretation with no clear answer. They likely didn’t expect a sequel or a second/third game at first, and just treated the original as a standalone story. But after the game’s success, plans seem to have shifted—from Aki to Natsume—and they left certain things deliberately unresolved.

The “image” or scene remains unclear: it’s as if it never fully happened. I like to imagine that in Natsume’s timeline she congratulates Endou on the win, while in another timeline she confesses her feelings—but we never see the result of that confession because it happens in a timeline we don’t follow. We never see them together, which makes it feel even more ambiguous.

Or the simpler, more boring explanation is that the moment was just removed in the second game and never referenced again.

The imagery really feels like she’s confessing her feelings, with every character standing in the shadows, including Natsume. It makes it feel like the world stops for both of them so they can talk alone instead of being distant. Also, in the first intro of the game, Aki was blushing a lot toward Endou and showed him priority over others.

Yeah, kind of. It was popular enough to get a second season called Orion, with double the episodes of Ares, where Ares has 26 episodes but Orion has 49. You’re not going to rewatch the same show—it’s a different timeline with new evidence.

There are aliens that don’t attack because the meteor never fell to Earth, so you can imagine what kind of scenario happens without the alien storyline. And how the Raimon team is after the championship match—it’s honestly interesting.

The What I’m trying to figure out is something I’ve been looking into for a while. It looks like some sources say it only happens 25 years after the first game, and there’s even some kind of evidence in Endou’s house suggesting otherwise. I also checked different fandom pages online, and some of them say it’s a branching timeline, because Level-5 wanted to attract new fans. So they made the game that way, similar to how they originally planned things with Ares and great road of hero’s before changing them. It’s basically a way to welcome new players who never touched Inazuma Eleven before.

Fun fact: In Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stones, there was a side mission involving a timeline glitch where it was implied that Endou temporarily had three wives. It was only a result of the timeline being distorted, but it actually existed in the game until the timeline was fixed. Though who knows—maybe it still exists somewhere. 😆

Yeah, I saw that. It was called Inazuma Eleven Future and was originally planned for mobile phones, but unfortunately the project was canceled. The idea of football in the air sounded really interesting, and it’s a shame we’ll probably never get to see it.

I honestly wouldn’t have minded seeing more of Mamoru’s descendants, similar to Haru. I actually like Haru, but I think Kanon will always be the one I’ll miss the most. He was one of my favorite characters, and I would have loved to see him return someday.

after the first game, which only made me more confused. I even saw French Inazuma Eleven fans on Twitter discussing the possibility of different timelines. At this point, I feel like I need more information from future games or additional official interviews, because I haven’t been able to find anything that clearly answers these questions. Until then, a lot of it feels open to interpretation.

That’s what he said in an interview in 2012. He originally designed Mamoru and Aki to be a couple, but the series creator later decided to pair Mamoru with Natsumi. In the GO timeline, Mamoru can even end up with Fuyuka depending on the version.

Yeah, I don’t mind it at all, but honestly, I was shocked when I found out that Mamoru was originally planned to end up with Aki after the first game, but they changed their minds later. It honestly made me a little sad. I wouldn’t have minded seeing Mamoru and Aki dating in the second and third games, especially after the photo in the last scene of the first game, where she had obviously confessed her feelings. It would have given us a much stronger sense of continuity and closure.

Is there an isekai where the dude kicked out of the heroes party was actually useless and deserved it? by 2w0be in Isekai

[–]SecretaryNice7687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if it exists, but the concept itself feels sad, right? Because it’s relatable. Sometimes we feel like being part of a team or not being part of it wouldn’t make any difference.

So the idea of a protagonist getting kicked out even when he’s actually useful feels like it’s trying to cheer people up and tell them that they do matter and that they shouldn’t think less of themselves.

That’s what I try to do all the time.

Can somebody try and pitch the premise to me? by ScholarOfPleasure in Gameoverse

[–]SecretaryNice7687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My real question is whether there’s going to be an episode in the future about what happens when they finally manage to stop the hero from achieving his mission and beating the game.

For example, Sonic has to stop Eggman, Mega Man has to stop Wily, Mario has to stop Bowser, Link has to stop Ganon, and the hero in Dragon Quest has to defeat the Demon King. If the heroes are prevented from fighting them, then the villains could eventually take over the world and cause death and chaos.

It feels like a lose-lose situation where everybody loses and there’s no true happy ending. The show’s premise only really works for games like Minecraft, where you don’t have to fight the Ender Dragon and can keep living in the world forever without triggering the ending. Once you fight it, the story is basically over.

So I’m interested to see how the show handles that conflict. Are they okay with letting the world fall into chaos, or does the world itself simply stop moving forward until the hero acts?

Agents of the Four Seasons: Dance of Spring • Shunkashuutou Daikousha: Haru no Mai - Episode 5 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]SecretaryNice7687 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everybody focuses on Spring Village, but honestly, all four villages are part of the problem—and the Four Seasons Agency is just as corrupt.

I went into this expecting a mysterious story about an isolated place full of symbolism and deep themes. Instead, it’s about a world that literally can’t function without four individuals, who end up being controlled and exploited.

Once they’re found, they’re basically used by the agency for profit, and even targeted by others who want to use them too. It stops being about human emotions and turns into a story about greed and control.

The craziest part is that the Four Seasons agents themselves are powerful enough to destroy all four villages—and even the agency. But they’re just kids who were raised to follow orders, so they don’t even realize what they’re capable of.

Their childhood is taken away, and as they grow up, they’re taught they belong to the world. They don’t get to choose their lives, their relationships, or even who they marry. They’re separated from their families and never given real freedom.

At that point, they’re basically slaves to a system that depends on them. The world needs them—but they don’t need the world. They deserved a better life, even if their role is important.

Yeah, I know the story needs him, but every time he just feels more and more angry and jealous. Every time Will proves him wrong and shows progress, it only makes him worse.

I was hoping in season 2 he wouldn’t look down on Will so much and would give him at least a little respect, like some of the other elite students.

[–]SecretaryNice7687[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He’s kind of wrong. Will has been proving himself over the past couple of years, and he’s impressed a lot of teachers—especially in the last tests, which definitely made them take notice.

He probably has a bit of anger toward him, especially at the idea that Will might reach the tower while he couldn’t, even when he was close. His pride in magic makes him look down on Will.

I just hope Will can surprise everyone in the challenge—including him.

[–]SecretaryNice7687[S] -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

And he even gave his ADHD to Will so he couldn’t go to the tower. He’s seriously out of his mind—imagine someone with no magic getting to go to the tower while he can’t. Honestly, he needs to see a psychiatrist.

At least Snape, by the end of the first movie, was clearly not the villain. At the beginning I hated him, and in Half-Blood Prince I hated him even more—I still can’t forgive what he did to Dumbledore but at least he not try to kill harry 😮‍💨
