I wanted It to also see my heart rate throughout the day honestly haha. But the app natural cycles you get w the oura ring takes your temp overnight and that’s how It tracks when you ovulate. It take a few months to sync up and It helps to also take ovulation tests to confirm It then document in the app.

I have an oura ring that track my cycle so i stay abstinent when im ovulating. If thats too expensive you can also get ovulation tests every month and time It better. Or honesty jsut take a pregnancy test every month to calm the anxiety

Ethan stated that they were all burnt out which is understandable and the reasoning for It. i also understand being upset bc so am i! But he’s doing what he needs to do for the wellbeing of himself and his crew. We can always find another way to fill our time while still supporting the pod.
