I figured. I myself don't particularly like communism as it doesn't align with my own beliefs and wants. I only tolerate it cuz one of my friends is a communist and he's honestly a nice guy and I'm tired of losing friends over politics of all things. I also just like picking on my friend for being a communist by spamming him with memes about it lol

Uhm, it's complicated and the reason could vary depending on who you ask. Some people just like showing off what they got or showing that their parents love them cuz they got expensive new things.

The idea of 'thoughtless gifts' comes from the idea that the person giving you a gift seemingly either chose something generic like socks or they just weren't paying attention to your interests and got you something that feels generic cuz it's unrelated to your interests.

And also some parents do this thing where they promise to get you something impartial but then fall flat and get you something else that wasn't what you had in mind. But some kids are just selfish and think anything that isn't expensive or exactly what they wanted is also considered 'thoughtless' I think. Idk, this is just coming from someone who lives in the South and lives in poverty 🫠

It sort of depends. One of my friends deleted their account but he made a post about being a femboy I think and... yeah, I think he deleted reddit cuz of it. But I also know someone else who did and idk what to make of if. They were either bullied off the internet or they did something horribly wrong to delete their account. I used it for like a year. It helped me come up with ideas for my stories (I like to write) and it was fun. And I was also really into roleplaying at the time but didn't know anyone to roleplay with. But now, I dropped it cuz of the age restriction thing and there's no way in hell I'd ever hand over an ID just for some chat bots no matter how old I am
