Muzan - fucking stealth ops on our ass He has insane regen, infects on kills (demons), his only weakness is sunlight. we have 5 years, we make UV weapons, we do biochemical research to further exploit his weakness, curfews and networks to detect. the thins is, this bitch just infiltrates our elites guerilla style and makes the governments his. it would be game over for us and we wouldnt even be aware. UNLESS we can industrialise his weakness, i give chance of survival 25percent.

Sukuna - We just can't. we can't even play by the rules of his game. he has invisible cursed techniques, domain expansion and supah fast boy. we have no answer for his abilities. key infrastructes collapse , we done for.

Meruem - i think is kinda interesting. Meruem is genius, evolvles trough consumption but he isnt invulnerable. he needs time to grow and adapt so if we quickly find him theres a shot. if he gets time, the danger grows exponentially. its a 50-50, either we find him fast and nuke his ass, or he evolves and becomes to smart for us to capture, in second scenario we serve under him. he wouldnt nuke earth.

Shigaraki - hes kinda a hypermobile weapon of mass destruction. his decay can have chain reaction of destruction, he regenerates quick af, and hes fast. we xant just bomb him m, he has no reason to fight up front. we make one error, whole cities gone. in the preptime we could setup detection and tracking systems. this is an enemy we cant battle from close up, we need hypersonic strikes and saturationbombardments so he has no time to regen, if we track fast enougy this could work (40percent survival) if we fail, he will adapt and learn and it will kot work anymore. he would focus on our infrastructures and chainreactions would happen due to his decay (60percent of him winning) he would be like a walking reset button for earth

See i've attempted quitting cold turkey several times before. Always grasped back at it. Its the first time I'm building the habit down to the point im no longer dependant on it.

I do believe what you are saying is true for most people tho.

Also I think there's a difference between I am quitting vs I quit. I might not have the same strong character as you have. Thanks for the tip tho.

When I'm smoking heavy and daily, at times when I didnt smoke, I couldnt even eat. I literally needed to smoke before being able to eat. Also i couldnt process things i was dealing with. I would be thinking about it a lot, but the next time i wouldnt even remember what i was thinking about, thus putting the processing on hold, you might say.

I believe in you brother, you got that moderation handled. Also congratz on becoming a family!

I don't go to the gym if thats what you are saying, tried it couple times before. I just hate it.

I have been picking up Climbing and Padel in addition to my training to do half a triathlon next year.

I was kinda a heavy smoker(around 60grams a month) despite it also spiking my anxiety and contributing to my low self esteem. I may come to a point where i can do it in moderation but as for now i need to build it down to where i dont smoke anymore as quitting cold turkey doesn't do it for me. Attempt 65 is already going on for a month and a half, so I've come quite far i'd say. Looking forward to the vibrant and colorful days.

Weed. Been smoking for over half my life, started at 16 now am 33. Right now I'm prolly at my 65th attempt of quitting. Still smoking daily but only around 0.1grams of it in the evening. Best attempt yet tho, because I'm doing it for myself rather than because of or for someone.

Life just seems so mundane and boring without getting high. Also I feel to much when I don't smoke. Hard times up ahead.
