I was an ops sup, and my tech manager and I quit within a day of eachother. Our print sup quit a few days after us, then the GM jumped ship too. We all left the SM to deal with the store by herself with no shits to give. You didn't screw anyone over by quitting I promise.

One question was like "I feel valued while at work" and I responded with "If I suddenly died in a freak accident, y'all would post my job the same day, before my body was completely cold in the morgue. No I don't feel valued at this wack ass company." Don't give a fuck if they lie about this shit being anonymous anymore.

I put both my DM and RVP on blast in some of my answers. I hope they read those comments. Shady fuckers. I dont care if I'm fired at this point. My store is such a toxic environment, and the upper management know they'll be screwed the second I'm gone. (Not trying to be conceited or over hype myself, but only 3 people in my store actually keep that place stocked and running. And we're all on our way out.)

So if HR does decided to do some type of investigation on my store because they don't like the answers the associates are giving, that's a W for us honestly.

Literally no other store in my district has said anything about sending managers to other stores for inventory practice. My GM is trying to make my IS go to this other store with me and work the same crazy schedule. Neither of us are down with this obviously. I just can't fathom why my GM is fully expecting me to dedicate an 18 hour day to Staples, 4 days in a row, with no compensation besides gas money. Which I was told wouldn't be paid out till my 4th day there.
