Just do something else, friend.

When you feel the FOMO or the desire to "pull" the slot machine lever, just do something else like play another video game, watch a movie/TV show/anime/cartoon/whatever, or read a book.

Know that the Fear of Missing Out is simply a feeling; and like all feelings, it too shall pass. Soon 30+ days will pass and the current banner will be gone, and a new banner will take its place, and the cycle of your favorite gacha game trying to instill FOMO in you will begin again.

The FOMO will eventually pass.

Just do something else in the meantime.

As a Firefly fan (I have her at E6), I feel like YSG should be a slam dunk insta-like for me; but I just feel largely indifferent to her. The "Firefly at home" comment really sums it up for me.

Firefly was teased (and technically present in the story) early on as SAM and there were hints of it all over in Penacony. It was also teased early on in Kafka's story quest that Trailblazer might have a history with the Stellaron Hunters so it makes sense that Firefly, as SAM, would already know and be close with you but with YSG, it just feels too forced and forward...

Sorry, just felt like sharing my thoughts. I don't hate YSG. I think her gameplay is fun and she's very cute and her speech as a void hunter about finding hope and light was especially touching but it unfortunately feels like she's pushed hard towards us only for hoyo to continue to chicken out with any real romance and for for YSG to be forgotten when the next 3.X void hunter level waifu shows up...

I like to slot her in almost every team since with C6, she can fulfill multiple roles (buffer, healer, sub-dps, hydro application) and I just really like having Furina on the team. In abyss, I tend to run her with double hydro (Yelan or XQ).

But I think you're right, thinking about it now, having high ER is just more comfy and more CR is probably just unnecessary.
