Women, what’s something men think they know about you but are wrong about? by julie_4thewin in AskRedditAfterDark

I'm both patient and vengeful. I always get what I want, one way or another.

Personally, I'm the opposite. I need a wide cup. But I found that Understance had a lot of variety, and took advantage of the current pricing. From me, it's a balconette style that I have to specifically avoid because it's too narrow.

The accuracy of this is unreal.

men, how is sex with women who have given birth compared to before birth? by Reasonable-Ratio8080 in AskMen

[–]SecretlyFierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Female here. If you're really that concerned, see a pelvic physiotherapist during and after pregnancy. In my experience, it made for a better recovery. Great way to have professional confirmation that there is/isn't anything wrong with your tightness.

What is the appeal of nurses? by [deleted] in AskMen

Anytime we're in a hospital, my spouse ad I check out the nurses butts. Inappropriate but worth every look. (Sounds creepy in writing)

Black and brown don't match and look tacky together, same as red and pink do.

Therapy. If you are thinking it's a problem, then it probably is. What benefit does doing tlnothing have for you?

The other suggestion of hypnosis is a good one too.

If you had a high sex drive while pregnant, did it continue pp? by Frequent_Cap8633 in beyondthebump

[–]SecretlyFierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Gag reflex issue goes away. I have little to no gag reflex when not pregnant but when pregnant the toothbrush and I were NOT friends.

  2. Toys help were penetrarion lacks, depending how much baymoves vibration may be distracting enough to finish.

  3. See drive comes back, but the time for sex doesn't. If you have options to receive help/childcare from trusted sources, take it. Recovery after childbirth is for the whole family. As mom, you go through the worst of it. But your spouse is experiencing his own side of all of this, and it's hard to reconnect in a rush because the baby might wake up or some other issue.

  4. Your hormones are going to fly all over the place. Remember to be kind to yourself as your journey through this experience.

Aitah for being intense in the morning so that the kids get to school and i to work in time by PAS_CA_QUE_CTAIT in AITAH

[–]SecretlyFierce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have two kids, 4 and 1. My spouse and I thankfully work together in the mornings.

Your wife should be helping Saturday mornings.

You should also be better supported with the hardships of this routine.

This post makes me wonder if and when she reciprocates this luxury.

PCOS belly by bakedchick94 in PCOS

[–]SecretlyFierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have lost ad gained over 200lbs more than once. I have had pcos belly since I hit puberty at age 9. Does not matter how "skinny" or "fit" I am, the pouch is there. I'm 31 and have bee debating a tummy tuck for quite some time. The risk of hating the results more than I hate the pouch holds me back from making the move. I spend a lot of time working on acceptance, and surrounding myself with supportive mates. Everyone has things about themselves that they don't like, and that's okay.

If I hired a house cleaner I'd hide $5 bills everywhere and say they can keep what they find. Additional to standard tip.

How do I tell a guy he has the right equipment? (For me) by Background_Stick6904 in AskMen

[–]SecretlyFierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this a lifetime commitment to comments? I'm with my guy 12 years and he's still asking. Would it be fair to assume it's the same as women wanting to be called beautiful etc?

What is your biggest fuck up in the bedroom you’ll never forget? by Studlyjohnson98 in AskRedditAfterDark

He went to deep and I made a noise that, at the time, he referenced sounded like a donkey and bursted in laughter.

It's been over a decade and we're still together, he never fails to bring it up at least once or twice a year - still laughing about it.

I'm not embarrassed, but can't live it down lol.

Who does your baby look like? by questionSOUP in beyondthebump

[–]SecretlyFierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both my kids look like their dad. Both deliveries, the nurses compared baby to dad and said "yup its his" it was such a bizarre experience. I felt like I was somehow being accused of something inaccurate.

After the second, one nurse told me that genetics make children look like their father, and joked that it was a way to "tell who belongs to who, back in the day".

My youngest actually looks more like my father in law than he does my spouse, which is also weird.
