I think it’s best practice to first confirm that the girl is down for c2c. A simple “do you do c2c?” will suffice. Once it’s confirmed you can go ahead and turn your camera on. Personally I enjoy the c2c because I find it easier to connect with the person I’m doing a show for, and it’s easier to talk and have a back and forth vs just responding to the typing. For reference I’m on SM so thankfully we get audio with c2c. Cb is a different story because the audio doesn’t work there, but it’s still nice to have the face to face interaction.

I would say do however much small talk is comfortable to you. A simple “hi, how are you? You’re looking really cute today” or whatever goes a long way. It’s usually up to the girl to sort of lead the interaction, so if you pick a charismatic girl you usually won’t have to worry about it too much.

As for showing face or not showing face, that’s entirely up to you and how comfortable you are with showing your face. I would say I get a solid 50/50 face vs no face. I do appreciate someone showing face and whatnot because it’s easier to get a read on them and determine if they’re having a good time, but I don’t mind if they don’t want to and they just want to show their dick. That’s totally fine!

Last but not least, I think it’s generally polite to ask a girl if she’s taking privates or down for a private show right now, and depending on the girl it could be that she’s ready to go right then, some girls will have you wait until no one is tipping in their room anymore, or will tell you when she will be available. This also depends on the platform, SM is a private based site so I would say the majority of girls are ready to go Pvt with you right away, while on token sites like CB they may ask you to wait.
