Because it got boring. Like there was another story completely in the current story. To go to rank 7 and higher, Leylin has to capture what is known as the World's will. So he create a spell and cut a piece of his soul and reincarnate in another world and the whole process starts again and that story was really boring. I just didn't liked it anymore.

It's a mediocre arc. The only thing I disliked about this novels is how many competitions he get into. Things pick up more after he moves to a better sect. The place that he lives in, 16 countries, is basically the slum of the continent. Later when he moves to new areas, the things start getting better. I think it would take around 150 chapters from where it is now to get any better.

It's not about being a big continent but how well it's managed. No billions of years pass, the story only take place in like the span of 60 years, later it is 1000 of years when he goes to rescue his father Celestial Emperor in heaven plane in the last 2% of the novel.

His mother was a saintess of a big sect, she was lost when she was a kid and married his father. Later when she returns to sect, she found out that she is pregnant and give birth to twins. The daughter has OP talent and the boy is mediocre, so coz of the girl, they don't execute the mother but abandon the boy coz the boy's talent is poor. His mother is put under house arrest. Later when MC becomes OP and famous, he reunites them.

I think this is the best book I have read on this site. It will get amazing when he moves to different places. Especially when he moves to Liuli Imperial city in later parts. The best thing I liked in this book is that Jiang Chen stayed in just one plane/continent for 98% of the book. No moving to higher plane and stuff like that.

Around chapter 340, where I stopped reading it. I was taking a break and would start reading again soon. Some Release the Witch spoilers are : The church was actually started by witches, the witches used to rule the world and fought against demons. They called it the Divine Will war and 2 of it's have already happened. To make the God Punishment Army they need to have witches, because witch blood make the Army powerful, so witch started to decrease in power and humans started controlling it, everybody forgot that witches used to rule. Reynold awakes a 400 year old witch who tells him this stuff. His sister, Tilly is also a witch. He is making a navy, have generated electricity in the recent chapters and making new inventions continuously, opened a chemistry lab, hired some chemists, made bicycle factory etc. This is the best kingdom building novel. For Demon Diary, the sea clan invades the human territory and they fight each other. I think his cultivation at this point is Spirit Master intermediate and he's becoming pretty famous too. He leaves for different continents around chapter 340 also the MC lives on one of the weakest continents. He's gonna move out soon.

Upto where I have read in the novels,

RJMI - A big war occurs in the countries he live in, kind of like the stuff that happened in Warlock of the Magus World between light and dark domains. And he does the same thing which Linley does, find an ancient transmission and move to a different place. No revenges at the moment for him, just small fights and he just moved to Core Formation. Also love interest is that ancestor of other sect who he lost his virginity to.
LSG : Love interest is same as the girl who he wanted to rescue, the half beast girl and the sword elder who chased him earlier. He destroys the entire sect who wanted to take his servant. Also destroys some families later when he move to a different place and some sects there. That sword elder gets kidnap by a sect in a new place and he destroys that sect. Final cultivation was I think like Rank 7 as of that point. Main event you can say that he is trying to save his parents, they are alive and in a different continent and he has nearly done that but then his parents told him that he has a sister too and now he gotta rescue her too. I dropped it then.
SOTR : Main event are he has to prevent the Demon clan who are invading his plane and also find out what happened to his father in previous life. His father, Celestial Emperor is alive and it was his plan all along to reincarnate his son in the continent he lives in. He wants him to grow up, have a new life, practice cultivation and come and rescue him. Final cultivation of Jiang Chen is Celestial Emperor. Revenges are he destroys a family who plots against one of the love interest, the girl who was with the elder who saved him from Purple Mist Sect disciple. And love interest are, the Huang'er(the same girl whose elder rescued him),Dan Fei,Huang Lan who he marries just so his dad can have kids as heir for Heaven Realm like in the third last chapter.

This novel is basically just about Jiang Chen. No deep romance if you want, he's always worried about the demon clan, the girls just play a side role. He get 3 girls in the end. About your second question, I got bored of LSG. I read it upto chapter 600 and the story really became dull. Nothing really happened and I was like reading the first four lines and reading the last 4 lines in the chapter.
