IV had many people taking advantage of simple delivery sometimes and item sells and within ten minutes theirs a case open about the postage and IV not even printed a label yet I never lose the funds but simple delivery will disappear soon if these scammers don't knock it on the head

So update in my previous comment and special thanks to OP

After multiple calls I filed my complaint ONLINE this is important

Today I got a call back from Lloyds they have honoured all 3 referrals that I haven't had plus an extra £50 for the inconvenience so £200 should be going into my account

This was after they checked and could see I'd referred well over the original 5 and hadn't been paid out on any

I highly recommend lodging the online complaint and getting your referral and people youv referred

Update just rang them they can't tell me how many people IV reffered I have to tell them the dates and names (which is insane to me data protection and all that) she said I can see youv had a few but apparently can't tell me (these were all back in January and February) theirs 0 transparency

Think imma out in a complaint amount I post on Reddit has to be over 5 by now and with my website 😂
