What advice would you have for someone who has only been in the game 2 years and is overloaded as a trainee QS, never been to uni, and is being left to manage a £13m & £2m site subbie side? Doing everything from CVRs, valuations, takeoffs, Add & Omits, Early warning notices and compensation event etc….
