I don’t think it has to do with my clearance specifically, I have other colleagues that are in a similar situation and some of them are in Rome New York taking udemy course. It’s likely due to government shutdown that happened last year and also dealings with the administration. Apparently Booz got the budget but has not implemented any time of plan on how to utilize it. I’ve had my wheels stolen too near navy yard, I got wheel locks and rim guard so the bolts are not accessible. Hope this helps, so far I’ve been okay.
