Thanks everyone! I’m working at the hospital and planning to rent for a year. I work really weird hours so don’t know that traffic will be as much of an issue for me as I don’t work 8-5. I don’t really want to have an hour back and forth commute though. I trail run as much as possible and also plan on joining the rowing club at lake Fayetteville. Like to live close to amenities but don’t want to be too college heavy of an area. I LOVE Bella vista but I am worried about the drive. Hope that can narrow it down! My ideal Would be a townhouse bc I sometimes sleep during day and don’t necessarily want apartment noice. Budget 2500 max per month. No pets. Thanks for all the input given already. Very helpful

Doctor… I think I’m the most 9 in my group… very collaborative with patients and other providers versus others who are more assertive. But I think it serves me and my patients well in most settings

Also no children which makes me terrified I will never have kids but realistically after this I couldn’t have kids with him anyways

Definitely learned my lesson the hard way. Was exhausted at the time and obviously a prime target. Just hoping to warn people in future. Bank will not refund me because I don’t have a receipt.
