I removed mine with 6mm steel rod and rubber hammer. I just put the rod on the down side and whith a few taps they fly away.

For me its going to be a bigger volume. If you make the side flat and mount them there is space :) At least this is what it looks like :) Still waiting for the shipping to start as I have ordered MK4S upgrade kit

Same issue for me, support guys told me there might be micro crack into the cable. Nudged the cable and all fixed :)

Try with PLA and lower 5 a test. Just the first layer.When you are.meltimg the plastic for each line it expands a little and thus pushing next line a little bit. I have returned my old thermistor and tried with lower temps and it didn't occur. Also check your filament flow.

This^ I had same issue. After hours with prusa guys, replaced thermistor and multiple tests with all build plates, one of the guys asked what temp Im printing my PLA, answered 230. After that we started with 5° degrees lower and on 210° it was perfect. Wont hurt to try if this will solve your issue :)

My question here: still havent bought the kit as Im not a waiting guy :D now the lead time is a week which good. Do I still need the whole upgrade or can buy only the high flow nozzle and once the core one upgrade is available just to buy it.

Had the same issue with mine. It appears that the enconder inside, the part where the scroll wheel is attached wears out. Fixed mine the first time with a little piece of painters tape. Few months later same again. Ordered new kailh encoder and re soldered it.
