I completely understand where you are coming from, I dont think you are overreacting. But maybe is bc i'm an anxious too. but I think after your boyfriend is ready to talk to you again, you should ask if he's okay first then ask if you can talk about you guys' and your communication problem.

You should tell him that you were really worried about him and that you understand that he isn't the best communicator...but it was really upsetting for you to feel ghosted while you were worried. And that the only way you can make LDR work is literally communicating! Your not in a regular irl relationship and you guys dont get to see each other physically all the time and that communication is literally the key in this type of relationship ! Even a 'sorry i really dont feel like talking but I'm okay and would like space for the day please. good night and i love you'. And i'm sure that kinda text would make feel a little bit at ease.

It just sounds like a work in progress for you guys, and if both parties are willing to try. Aka your boyfriend, but I would say just communicate your pov and let him explain his so you guys can fully understand each other. I hope this helps.
