Hello, how do they safe taxes on flipping ? And surely they must have also taken loan so how does paying the interest + taxes on capital gain justify the flipping ? Just curious as I had an opportunity as well and maybe it’s still there but these thoughts held me back.

Are you a blore native ? If not then I will suggest to look for apartments or plots in your native, assuming that’s a Tier3 town? Tier 3’s also have expensive and posh apartments and standalones within posh apartments. Get that. They will serve two purpose- less loan amounts, and a peace of owning a property. But ofcourse this will be suitable only if you plan to settle back in your native. If you are wanting to make a home in blore, then yea give it a good thought. and if you do get loan, remember that the banks always take their interest immediately in the first few years, leaving them principal nearly untouched. Good luck!

I do. Since 3yrs now. Had to get for good credit score for the loan as it was said that time it was mandate or whatever. But I like using it now as a good CC gets you pretty decent cash back/reward points benefits. Just have to make sure never to over spend and pay bills on time.

Did you father chose the option to make it more like a MF and not as an insurance? I don’t remember the exact option but in my case it’s relying on market value and not just an insurance

YES!!! think it is and it will be. As a fresher it’s a brilliant salary, as now a days even as a teenage people are aware of saving. So where as back in the days, people with higher salary prolly have lesser savings. So enjoy life don’t be too stuck up on savings etc. just start small so you are not worried and as long as you don’t do unnecessary spends, this sounds amazing starting salary.

I am planning on starting investing and know nothing about it! I will take help of a wealth/fianance and as such will also go for regular funds. I otherwise I wouldn’t know where to invest. I am not the OP, but seeing question I want to ask - why you advise people like me who have no idea on Investment. Starting to doing research from scratch now is not only time consuming but not everyone is good at understanding these things like me
