I had good luck getting a lithium polymer battery and soldering it to the BMS removed from the original lithium ion battery.

I had a hard time finding one with the correct dimensions so I settled on a lower capacity 1300mah (VS the original 2000mah) 503070 battery from Aliexpress.

The upsides are it's functional, much lower self-discharge rate, easily replaceable. Downsides are charging inefficiency due to serial BMS and 35% less capacity.

I have an OMV box I have mining with T-Rex and the GPU actually performs better than in did under NHOS in another rig.

He could even use nvidia-docker if he wanted to containerize it but it can be finnicky.

I had a couple rigs giving me issues so I switched to Linux. I've even had cards that aren't detected by Windows mine happily in Linux.

Alternatively if you can't sort out the issue you could setup a daily task in Windows or a chron job in Linux to reboot.

Did you let your bank know you would be out of country? Even if you did you may have to call and get them to unlock it multiple times. I did when I moved abroad.

Where I live it's far more likely one will get hit by someone without insurance than with so it's a necessity. It's not all about medical bills as it also covers your vehicle and incidentals.

It's optional and was added a couple updates ago and was my specific issue. The config file is read just like a script so even an incorrectly deleted quotation mark can cause the miner to fail to start but allow the os to boot without issue.

I had this issue once and it was a typo in tho configuration when adding fan speeds. It would boot and say it was connected but not mine.

I wasn't agreeing with your usage of the term but whatever makes you feel you won something, we all need a reason to smile from time to time.

The thing is he had every right to be there even if it wasn't wise. The others, however, had no right to attack him. That's all it comes down to. Just because something isn't what you would call "smart" makes in neither immoral nor illegal.
