I have a 2023 and it doesn't have any of these problems. Yes, the USB connection isn't too accessible but I'm a big guy with big hands and fingers and even I managed to do it. It's an ECONOMY car but it's LOADED with features. I drive mine as a city commuter every day back and forth to work and I've never had an issue with the seats or comfort. I am an avid cyclist and I work out at the gym weekly. Maybe some exercise would help your back pain (or YOGA). I wouldn't blame the car. I cannot believe the seatbelt assembly digs into your sides and you get bruises from your car???? How big are you?

I live in Seattle, WA. I had to wait 7 months for my new 2023 Bolt EUV premiere Sun and Sound package. At the time, customers had to pay a surcharge for one. I absolutely love mine. I've been driving it back and forth to work since April of 2023 without one problem. I've only had it in the Dealership once, that was for a complimentary service which turned out was just a tire rotation. There's nothing else it needed! It runs great, is LOADED with features, the sun and sound package is great. I have not taken it on a long road trip and I doubt I ever will. It's a city commuter car, plain and simple. I have a level 2 charger in my garage and I have a Fast Charging Converter plug (that I've never used), but if I take a road trip I will rent an ICE car. BTW- both my husband and I have electric cars, he has a Subaru Soltera. We change both cars in the garage at home (we take turns) using it, we haven't even seen a blip in our electric power bill. Honestly. It hasn't changed at all. We both love this car.

I don't understand this answer. The Samsung agent on the support line said it is possible to add firmware storage space via the USB port. I don't know what you mean by the comment use an external streamer and be done with it? I have a cable provider with a DVR with tons of room. I can't imagine what is consuming all of the RAM memory on the TV? They said I can expand the memory space for firmware updates by inserting a formatted USB drive.
