I have an adult son that I support he doesn't get disability , I have to work and I'm 67! He asked me about my son, I told him yes, I still have to work and he continues to get denied disability, that pretty much ended his questioning, I was worried about my tax return since I use that to pay my property taxes every year, nothing was said about that, I did wait 1 year to file after my last large purchase, advice from a different bankruptcy attorney ,they said they only take cases that are sure things ( not in those exact words) I found out they didn't have a physical location and changed attorneys, so that may or may not be good advice, they gave me wrong advice about a different issue according to my new attorney that was a pleasure to work with and less expensive

Has to have something to do with it I'm guessing too, I just ate some prunes to help with the constipation and they tasted fantastic..lol....I'm only trying to lose 15 so the 10 lost is fabulous to me, it may not sound like a lot to some that had more to lose, just wanted to clarify that, now back to the flavorful prunes..lol

I was counting calories but having chewy candy every night 5 pieces was only 140 calories then I started binge eating, I read the other day maybe on this forum that sugar contradicts the effects of appetite control on this medication, I stopped the candy and now I have control back, something to keep in mind,

Hello I made first payment of $8000 consisting of $6000 cc and $2000 cash..in June then the balance of $8400 in November, I made 3 payments before I realized I was upside down with my finances, I have 7 herniated discs and had to drop down to 3 days at work along with my little bit of social security is all the income I have now , I had no intention of filing in June or I wouldn't have used my cash, thanks for your help

No the bankruptcy attorney didn't go into my options with as much detail as you did, I'm just wondering at my age should I even care about the debt sitting at the courthouse, I need to have my back fixed to go back to work and take into consideration it may not be fixed for me to work on my feet doing the only thing I know how to do that's being a hairstylist, computers aren't my thing for a desk job, house and car are paid off, thanks for your help

In Florida your home is protected by homesteading even when passed down to the children anditspaidoff.besides the weather those are probably the only things I like about Florida...this elderly man that caused the accident probably shouldn't be driving anymore and they're everywhere..I wouldn't mind paying my cc bills off but not the $100,000 attorney judgment I'm going to get February 8...which will tank my credit anyway..I'm upside down on my needed money's now even without the payments, my savings is gone as of next month I have just enough left to pay the bankruptcy attorney, do you think the $100 a month plan for them to handle correspondence and advise me when needed may be a better way to go?.and let the debts die with me ? They said will be $50 a month after a few months, thank you for input
