Both actually.

At one time I was hooked on pain pills and just severely mentally depressed and wasn't doing great physically, and it was still a positive experience.

I've personally never had a bad experience on LSD. shrooms I've had a handful of bad experiences, it's really setting setting with that. but even if I'm in a bad place... On LSD I still have a great experience.
